We started small, but we had big dreams. Since then, our reputation has grown and so have we. In fact, we are now a national cleaning company with customers in Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia, with our head office in Brisbane.
We are cleaning hospitals, manufacturing plants, schools, offices, entertainment centers, swimming centers and gyms to name a few.

Our Integrated Management System (IMS) is used to document all areas of our operations to provide accountability and measurement at every level.
As well as allowing us to manage each client individually, it equips our workers with the necessary direction and guidance to comply with policies, procedures and relevant statutory requirements. ISO Accreditation: Spick & Span Commercial Property Maintenance has third party accreditation for Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) and OH&S Management Systems (AS/NZS 4801) from SAI Global. We are also Cm3, Smart Approved WaterMark, Australasian Convenience and Petroleum Marketers Association (ACAPMA) qualified, and a member of the Australasian College for Infection Prevention and Control (ACIPC)
